1. Click the "Notify Me" link on the Homepage
2. Enter your email address to sign in
3. Click "I would like to be able to receive text messages on my mobile phone"
4. Enter your mobile phone number.
5. There are two types of alerts: City Council Meetings and Emergency Alerts. The Emergency Alerts will pertain to weather, snow removal, or any other emergencies.
6. Click the envelope icon to receive emails and the phone icon to receive text messages for each type of alert. A green check mark will appear on the options you select.
