MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
The City Council of the City of Volga, SD, met in Special Session, Wednesday, July 25th, 2007, at 12:00 noon, in the conference room of City Hall, with Mayor Pierce presiding.  Members present: Anderson, Benson, Bjerke, Howell, and Strasburg.  Absent: Fideler.  Also present: City Administrator Steve Meyer, Jennifer Petersen, and Stephanie Arneson from the Volga Tribune.
Following the Pledge of Allegiance Bjerke moved to approve the agenda. Benson seconded the motion.  On roll call all members voted AYE.  Motion carried. 
Bid results for the Maintenance Shop were discussed. Low bid for $463,400, by Daniels Construction was reviewed by Banner Associates and appeared in order. Motion was made by Anderson to accept Daniels Construction bid of $463,400 for the construction of the Volga Maintenance Shop Facility. Strasburg seconded the motion. On roll call all members voted AYE. Motion carried.
There being no further business a motion was made by Strasburg to adjourn. Motion seconded by Bjerke. All in favor. Motion Carried.
